Paf le Chien, vous connaissez surement la blague, mais connaissez-vous le jeu ? Après avoir séduit plus de 7 millions d’utilisateurs sur Facebook, le voici qui débarque enfin sur iPhone et Android.
Le principe est sympa et simple : donnez un bon lancé à Paf le Chien à l’aide de vos doigts pour le faire s’envoler le plus loin possible tout en rebondissant sur les poules (ou dindes) qui parsèment le parcours. Paf le Chien ne demande qu’un peu d’habileté pour exploser les records de distance.

Great news folks! Our Android release of SHIFTis currently featured on the Android Market.
As all mobile developers well know, being featured is generally a requirement for any form of success in these troubled times.
You can access the game from the all-mighty internet HERE or from your device’s Android Market Store. We think the Android version of SHIFT is one of our best renditions of SHIFT 1, so go ahead and give it a try.

Fishing Cactus is glad to announce two new partnerships.
The first one is with Playfirst through a first project we are doing for them. For those who lived in a cave for the past 6 years, PlayFirst is a leader in interactive entertainment. They publish amazing games for PC, Mac, iPhone, Facebook and consoles and released games such as Diner Dash and Chocolatier.
The second one is with Thundergameworks. The partnership covers of course Trenches Generals, the game we are currently building for the Wiiware which has already been announced but also two new projects that will be unveiled soon! A quick news to let you know that SHIFT extended is now available in Asia! You can download it on the following PlayStation Stores: Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. So if you are a fan of Shift series and dreamed of playing it there, you can now buy, download and play it!
Ce matin, nous avons eu la visite du Ministre de l’économie Jean-Claude Marcourt et du Ministre Président de la Région Wallone, Rudy Demotte. Cette visite nous a donné l’occasion de présenter en détails les activités de Fishing Cactus, ses projets dans le game, l’advergame et le serious games au travers de projets concrets.
Nous en avons aussi profité pour rappeler quelques démarches simples qui pourraient grandement contribuer à un développement de l’activité liée au jeu vidéo en Belgique. Par exemple le Tax Shelter étendu du film au jeu vidéo ou encore l’aide à la pré-production comme cela peut exister en France via le CNC (financement de prototypes).
Cet évènement à été l’occasion de faire quelques interviews dont une très rapide qui s’est finalement retrouvée au journal de 13h sur RTL-TVI, disponible ci-dessous. Très cool!
On en profite pour remercier tous les Cactus qui ont participé à l’effort et aux ministres pour leur visite.
